Descripción del trabajo

Administrative duties and processes:

- Meal Booking

- HR activities relates

- Coordinates and schedules appointment and travel plans for visitors and contractors if required

- Purchasing of coffee for office

- Responsible for providing administrative support to project staffs

- Order, stock and coordinate delivery of office supplies

- Procurement task: to issue PR/PO and Good receivedfor all Project transactions and

- Finance and Control part: Perform as a project controls for control of all financial documents (invoices, insurance certificate), Update the project budget as weekly basis and monthly basis

- Asset management: Perform the asset management with engineers to handover to the operation

- Be resonsible for a Document Controller for control of all technical documents (reports, procedures, drawings, specifications), Maintain the project archive in good order

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Fluent in English Communication, especially in Speaking and Listening and Composes basic correspondence guided by a project manager

- Has an expereince in an Administrative work

- Expereince in cost related control in a basic level

- Has working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft SharePoint, including setting up of new libraries and lists

- Have a service mindset of a service work to users

- Able to interact with management or contractor coordination for an administrative task
