- Take incharge to leading 10-12 members to achieve a targer or CREDIT CARD

- Recruit new hires and develop members with detail monthly action plan to achieve theri career roadmap

- Set up the plan to approach the qualified companies to present and bundle submissions

- Tracking and pushing sales members daily and weekly to hit target

- Motivation and create sale contest to push sales get higher productivities

- Control Sale qualities and fraud controler as first line defense of bank

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Bachelor degree of finance, banking, ecomony

- Sale experiences: 3 Years

- Managing experiences: 1 Years

- Ambitous and eager to achieving the target

- Market knowledge about retail banking and credit card

- Working in a high pressure
