Management of business applications, provision of the required functionality of applications, provision of inter-faces between the various applications and provision of assistance to end users, in such a way that the applications comply with the requirements/wishes of users and the applications are consistently available. Development of applica-tions including the updating of the functionality and/or modification of existing applications. * EXPECTED RESULTS / FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES - Determine Business needs * Core Activities - Responsibility for the development of applications in such a way that these are linked to the wishes of users. - Inventory of user wishes and assessment of the extent to which existing applications link to us-ers’ requirements/wishes. - Discussion of user wishes and the efficiency drive which can be carried out in operating methods with key users and stakeholders and drafting of functional specifications accordingly. - Drafting of technical specifications based on functional specifications, submission to the Team Leader and if necessary, communicating with external parties. - (Coordination of) liaising with the supplier as to whether the required amendment is technically possible in the system, or the desired functional-ity is available. - Instructing supplier to generate new versions of applications. Testing (or arranging testing) of new versions of/amendments to applications, drafting a test report and liaising with the user and supplier regarding the results. * Result criteria - Degree to which is required information or business needs. - Propose/recommend solutions to satisfy business needs. * Transfer to users * Core Activities - Responsibility for the transfer to the user organiza-tion, considering the target group. - Drafting of user instructions coordination and provision of user training to (new) employees, explanation of the new working method and instruction of users in terms of the use of new applications * Result criteria - Clearness and efficient - Document and log the test cases and changes * Guidance and troubleshooting * Core Activities - Management of applications and the resolution of faults (Incidents, Problems and Changes). - Resolution of faults, if possible, in conjunction with a supplier/(external); escalation if necessary - Supervision of the correct use of applications; maintenance of guidelines, documentation and procedures relating to the functional use of applications - Control of access to use and the security of applications by the drafting of user definitions, the establishment of authorization levels and so on, establishing clarity etc. - Measurement of the performance of an application, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the ICT team coordinator - Monitoring the correct functional operation of the applications responsibility for communication with users * Result criteria - Training new users or when new modules implemented. - Trouble shooting commons issues * Assistance provid-ed and administra-tive duties under-taken * Core activities - Carrying out of administrative duties. - Global communication with and support for us-ers in the use of applications and undertaking troubleshooting. - Recording and analyzing fault data and infor-mation - Drafting and maintenance of interfaces - Recording and reporting on the use of applica-tions - Recording of problems and problem solutions in the help desk system - Updating basic information in the system - Drafting and updating manuals for users - Drafting and updating technical descriptions for tests carried out and amendments made to appli-cations. - Drafting and updating of department work in-structions and documentation * Result criteria - Documenting instructions * Enforcement rules * Core activities - Commit to business and employment regulations - Clean and maintain orderly workplace - Commit to HSEQ and safety regulations * Result criteria - Employment regulations commitments

Exigences de l’emploi

* Understanding

- Having experience in 3DX, AutoCAD or similar applications

- Understanding in engineering BOM, part and drawings

- Current basic knowledge of ICT related to servers, networking.

* Problem solving

- Able to work independently under pressure

- Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.

* REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

* Educational level:

- Relevant education on Bachelor level on Information Technology (IT) or Engineering

* Education/ Experience:

- Having experience in 3DX, Autodesk suites is an advantage.

- At least 2 years of experience in ICT (servers, networking…)

- Able to work independently and proactively with internal & external stakeholders

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, or ERP

- Willing to work/learn with other topics which company requires to do

- Proficient with Microsoft O365 product suite
