Description de l’emploi
- Function as the contact point for escalated customer complaints and handle such cases effectively and professionally, exhibiting proactively and responsiveness to customer issues.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to communicate, implement and co-ordinate company policies and procedures to Frontline team and ensure compliance.
- Liaise closely with Key Account Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Manager to communicate, implement and coordinate company policies and procedures to Customer Contact Centre to ensure compliance and resolve on-going problems as encountered by customers.
- Work closely with the IT department to leverage technology to automate processes as well as formulate back up plans in times of outage
- Liaise closely with OPS team to resolve on-going problems encountered by customers.
Exigences de l’emploi
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 2 years experience in leading customer service teams in a Customer Contact Centre environment.
- Understand the knowledge of express delivery and logistics, and have the ability to formulate, optimize and improve business standards and processes, and have strong customer service team management and construction capabilities
- Languages: English or Chinese
