Description de l’emploi
1.Responsible for the preparation of bank journal
2.Timely check the accounts balance each month to ensure the balance sheet is clear.
3.Responsible for BIDV bank payment.
4.Receivable and payable reconciliation.
5.Deal with payment invoice, issue dollar receipt invoice (will train by the supervisor when join us)
6.Make daily bookkeeping and better can make tax declaration indepentently
7.Assist to declare estimated corporate income tax
8.Assist to complete insurance declaration and payament
9.Be responsible for reviewing expense reimbursement documents to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the reimbursement procedures.
10.Assist to finish statement of financial position ,cash flow , income statement, remain balance of account subject, general ledger, detailed statement, depreciation statement of fixed assets, had better be able to complete independently.
11.Daily administration work.
12.Other work assigned by supervisor
Work location: R.829-830 - Thanh Dat Building No.3 – No.4 Le Thanh Tong Str., May To Ward, Ngo Quyen Dist., Haiphong City, Vietnam
Exigences de l’emploi
1.Major in accounting with 1-2 years working experience, Excellent graduate is acceptable.
2.Experience in supply chain management is preferred.
3.Be familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulation.
4.Be command of ERP system is preferred.
5.Be good at Chinese will be preferred.
6.Proficient in EXCEL, and other office software.
