Description de l’emploi

- First level support (helpdesk) to end users

- Computer, Laptop

+ Install application license likes Operating System, MS Office, Outlook Email, MS Project, Adobe Pro, AutoCAD, Antivirus, Hard Disk Encryption, Security software…

+ Analyze, define, and troubleshoot some problems of hardware, drivers…spare part replacement.

+ Physical connecting, network joining domain.

+ Backup & Recovery.

- Printer, Fax, Photocopy, Scanner

+ Setup/monitor/troubleshoot some related problems.

- Local Network Area:

+ Network cable installing.

+ Understand TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Assignment, and Resource Sharing…

+ Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot some problems related to Hub/Switch, Wi-Fi, Router, and Firewall…

+ Manage VLAN, Switching, Routing

+ Security, Antivirus

- Server

+ Set up permission on file server

+ Data, System backup & restore

+ Create /Modify/Delete domain user accounts, OU, GPO, Logon Scripts…

- Firewall & VPN

+ Create /Modify/Delete policy

+ Monitor & troubleshoot some basic problems

+ Configuration back up & restore

+ Install VPN Client

- Internet

+ Manage Fiber Optic (FTTH), Lease Line.

- PBX

+ Create /Modify/Delete Extension Number

+ Monitor & troubleshoot some basic problems

- Document, IT Policy

+ Update network resource document likes file server permission, …

+ Update IT asset document likes server info, computer configuration, network equipment, Printer…

+ Update document license, application installing

+ Create help document

+ Apply IT Policy

+ Manage company IT assets, including following up the condition status, using status, take-over/hand-over. The asset includes but no limit: PC, Laptops, Server, Computers and Spare parts, Network Equipment, Security Media Equipment …

- External vendor

+ Contact external vendor for technical problem, equipment warranty, License Activation…

- Other assignments from & report to IT in head office and Board of Management.


Exigences de l’emploi

- College/University of IT

- At least 02 years working experience as IT Helpdesk in foreign company

- Deep working experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server…), Firewall Fortinet, VPN, Email…

- Have experience with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Apps & Power Automate is a bonus point.

- Fluently English writing/speaking

- Working hard

- Proactive and initiative personality

- Self-motivated, disciplines, performance driven and able to work in a team or independently

- Good time management skill

- Good communication skill

- Maturity and confidence
