Description de l’emploi

Based on the list of Household Owners provided, the staff calls to exploit the relevant needs (apartment transfer/rental)
Receive and process the requests of the Owner when needed.
Convince exclusive deposit, negotiate brokerage fees, assist in price negotiation when needed.
Going to the actual project, taking pictures of the apartment (if necessary).
Schedule an appointment to see the apartment for Sales staff.
Coordinate with Sales staff to achieve sales target.
Evaluation of data; Synthesize, make statistics, report on changes in goods source / number of transactions according to the criteria set by the company.
Complete other necessary reports of the management level.
Participating fully in skills training sessions for the Sourcing department.

Hard salary 7,000,000 VND + Commission on total sales of the project staff undertake
