职位描述

  • Based on the list of Household Owners provided, the staff calls to exploit the relevant needs (apartment transfer/rental)
  • Receive and process the requests of the Owner when needed.
  • Convince exclusive deposit, negotiate brokerage fees, assist in price negotiation when needed.
  • Going to the actual project, taking pictures of the apartment (if necessary).
  • Schedule an appointment to see the apartment for Sales staff.
  • Coordinate with Sales staff to achieve sales target.
  • Evaluation of data; Synthesize, make statistics, report on changes in goods source / number of transactions according to the criteria set by the company.
  • Complete other necessary reports of the management level.
  • Participating fully in skills training sessions for the Sourcing department.

工作要求

  • Age 20 – 35.
  • At least 1 years of experience in Real Estate
  • Proper and polite manner.
  • Good communication, high sense of responsibility at work
  • Have laptop, means of transportation.
