Description de l’emploi

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Firefighting and Tactical Gloves segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product development, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the market presence of our specialized glove lines.

  • . Develop and implement effective sales and merchandising strategies for firefighting and tactical gloves.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to innovate and enhance glove designs based on market needs and customer feedback.
  • Manage product life cycle from conception through sales, including forecasting, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with market trends and demands.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific safety standards and regulations in all product offerings.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and forge new business relationships.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • English proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in textile or materials engineering is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales or merchandising, preferably in the PPE industry or related fields.
