Goldwind was founded in 1998 in China. Goldwind is committed to becoming a global leader in clean energy, energy conservation, and environmental protection solutions. By the end of 2020, Goldwind had installed more than 73GW of wind power with over 40,000 wind turbines operating steadily in 29 countries across continents. Goldwind has a global workforce of around 8,900, of which 2,900 are R&D engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Source the efficient recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates
  • Execute talent acquisition plan and proactively build talent pools to meet future talent needs
  • Carry out the Talent Acquisition process(searching, screening cv, interview arranging) & on-boarding process for new employee
  • Manage office supplies and co-working space facilities
  • Support in organizing internal events (birthday party, year-end party, etc.)
  • Support other tasks as requirements

Requirements:

  • 4th-year students or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
  • Willing to commit to the internship full-time in 3-6 months
  • Good at English skills (prefer Speaking and Writing), Chinese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, proactive and positive thinking

Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday

Working location: Worc@Q2, 28 Vo Truong Toan Street, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Hochiminh City, Vietnam (work at the office)
