Descrizione del lavoro

- Assists in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure smooth & efficient operation processes. - Work closely with department managers to resolve issues and enhance productivity. - Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality. - Facilitate communication between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Translate and interpret as needed during meetings, conferences - Monitor team performance and ensure all departments align with the company’s objectives.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business management, or a related field. - Good command of English. - Experienced in assistant - Knowledge of operational procedures and business processes within manufacturing companies (garment/textile) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
