Overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including attendance, salary, social insurance, personnel, benefits, union, training...; Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; Administer compensation structure and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages; Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;

Requisiti di lavoro

4 years of relevant work experience in an HR role; Experienced in manufacturing companies in the garment industry Good English; Strong leadership and organizational skills;
