1. Assistant to CEO, Full time, HCM.

2. Mô tảcông việc – Job description

  • Work closely with the CEO to keep the CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Analyze and work to deeply understand the CEO’s goals, and protect CEO’s time accordingly.
  • Provide operational support for the CEO’s initiatives.
  • You will be the difference between new ideas and projects being realized, or put off.
  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Arrange and handle all logistics for CEO / BOD meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate all Management Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the company.

  • Graduated from University/College in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, etc. with GPA above 3.5/4.0
  • Strong verbal and written VNE and ENG communication skills.
  • Ownership: The goal for this role is to do whatever it takes to keep the CEOlaser-focused on company growth by removing and unblocking any distractions. As such, this role involves heavy collaboration with the CEO but also requires an ownership mindset.
  • EXTREME attention to detail: You’re extremely organized, with a knack for noticing and remembering details. Being proactive: Identify things that need to be done and resolve them without being told to.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (we encourage all employees to be future founders and this can be a great stepping stone towards that).
  • Being a fast learner with an action-oriented mindset to unblock any challenge that comes up.
  • Passionate and hungry: willing to hustle, and do whatever it takes to get tasks done.
  • End-to-end ownership: You’re able to initiate complex, high-level, multi-phase tasks and see them through to completion with minimal assistance.
  • You’re enthusiastic and eager to learn and help wherever you can.
  • Proficient in Gmail, Google calendar, Google tools, spreadsheets, and MS Office.
