Scope of work

● 日本国内のお客様からのチャット・メール・電話対応

(Responding to chat/ email/ phone call correspondence from customers in Japan)

● お客さまからのサービス料金のお手続きやお支払い状況のフォローアップをサポート

(Support to follow up the process and payment status of service fees from customers)

● 支払請求フォームの作成と顧客へのメール送信のサポート

(Support to create payment request form and send email to customer)

● システムの機能を深く理解することで、勤怠システムなどDrJOYサービスの統合時に顧 客をサポートする

(Support customers during integration of Dr.JOY services such as attendance systems etc. via deep understanding of the system’s functionality)

● 日本のお客様をサポートするその他の仕事

Your Skills and Experience

● JLPT N1の証明書を持つ強力な日本語能力

Strong Japanese proficiency with a certificate of JLPT N1

● 書面と口頭の両方での優れたコミュニケーションスキル

Good communication skills in both written & verbal

● 問題解決スキル、分析スキル、顧客の懸念に対して実用的なソリューションを提供する優れた能力。

Problem solving skills, analytical skills, good ability to provide practical solutions to customer’s concerns.

● 高い責任感とプロ意識

High sense of responsibility & professionalism

● 高圧下で働く能力

Ability to work under high pressure

● 1年以上の日本への留学経験または就労経験

Experience studying or working in Japan for at least 1 year

● 日本のお客様に対する営業、接客、コンサルタント等の実務経験

Working experience as sales, customer service, consultant etc. toward Japanese customers
