1. Job purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk intern to join ourInfrastructure Services & Solutions(ISS) department and support us to achieve our goals. You will have administrative and coordinative duties in supporting for Fujitsu products warranty service and internal support for ISS team.

2. Job description

  • Support the ISS team in daily administrative tasks;
  • Support the jobs related to multiple Departments
  • Data collecting and paper work;
  • Document management;
  • Spare parts management in warehouse

4. Job requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written (Vietnamese, English)
