1. Mô tảcông việc – Job description

  • Support the Sales Operation team in daily administrative tasks;
     Prepare quotation, contracts, bidding documents and other documents as assigned
    by managers
     Cooperate with presales team, partners and related department to make proposal to
    customers. Follow up to ensure the deals are properly closed, contracts/POs are
    properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk.
     Corporate with marketing to gather market information when required
     Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects are run
    smoothly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
 Good command in English
