JOB SUMMARY:

• Oversee all sales and distributor activities under the assignment of Nationwide Sales Manager.
• Be key communication point between management team and distributors for all activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Sales activities (70%):
• Support to develop business plans and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals & profitability.
• Work on monthly action plan, weekly performance tracking & other promotion scheme as business requires
• Conduct regular coaching and development with sales team & top leaders.
• Collect feedback from Distributors and work with Director of Sales & Marketing on Sale developments/improvement.
• Explain compensation plan to distributors, communicating effectively with both all level of distributors to ensure consistency of response.
• Work closely with leaders from Presidential Directors (a rank in company compensation plan) and above to identify sales trends and areas for improvement.

II. Event activities (20%):
• Assist in organizing local meetings and coordinate use of Unicity-operated facilities as needed.
• Support company event / seminar activities to ensure a quality of company business associates satisfaction as well as responsible for maintain good relationship with Business Associates in proper service standard.

III. Other Duties as Assigned (10%)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Male, 25 - 35 years old; University Degree.
• Excellent interpersonal, communicate & presentation skills;
• Creatively solve complex problems.
• Active, initiative, decisive, willing to learn and self-improvement.
• Teamwork and co-operation.
• Good in MS offices & English skills.
At least 2 years working at the position of customer services, consultant, sales, ... in professional organizations.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
• Working environment is primarily an office environment.
• Travel is a must.
