仕事内容

- Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement strategy, communicate company policy to sales team. Propose business strategies for each stage. - Develop and implement weekly/monthly/yearly plans to ensure assigned revenue targets of sales team. - Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental. - Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales team. - Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow-up accordingly. - Promote sales of all company services :3PL, forwarding, customs clearance, project and domestic logistics services. - Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer’s inquiries. - Research, expand and increase new customer - Coordinate with other deparment to deploy and monitor work. - Increase awareness of Konoikevina brand and capability in local market. - Report to Managing Director. - Other tasks ask request of BOD

仕事の要件

- Age 27-40 - Professional degree : Bachelor economic maijor - Language : English - Experience : 2 year of sales in logistics field and at least 1 year in sales leader position. * Skill : - Communication, negotiation, persuasion - Analyzing, synthesizing, planning and implementing work - Coaching, assigement and team motivation skills - Have a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm in work
