仕事内容

  • Receive order template from customers via email
  • Check stock availability based on shelf-life requirement of each customer type
  • Communicate with customer if any issue with stock availability
  • Confirm order template to customer within 2 hours to proceed sales order creation
  • Follow up sales order status, ensure that they are released before making transport planning
  • Do transport planning with optimized loads and optimized cost
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse team to arrange truck gate-in timeline
  • Follow up with transporter to ensure transport plans are confirmed and implemented
  • Record data to input KPI for monitoring transporter performance
  • Other assignment from management

仕事の要件

  • University degree
  • Experiences: Manufacturing industry
  • 3 years logistic transportation management experience
  • Have a knowledge of transportation (local/ export/ import), basic knowledge of DC operating management
  • Have a knowledge of Custom law
  • Conversant in English
  • Proficient skills in MS Office.
  • Good communication & analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Good planning and organization capability and execution, coordination skills
  • Good sense of responsibility and innovation, and can deal with work pressure
