JOB DESCRIPTION

• After training, possess a strong understanding of the services, skincare products, and customer service operations.
• Promptly engage in customer queries and effectively address their issues/requests with thoughtful and accurate email responses to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Closely coordinate with other team members to follow up and resolve customers’ requests in a proactive and efficient manner.
• Other tasks assigned by Managers to achieve the teams and companys goals.
