In charge of Contract, Payment, Purchase order, DMS System and Customer service : 1/ CONTRACT & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT Prepare & follow up sales contracts Follow up payment & collect account receivable on time 2/ PURCHASE ORDER (PO): Receive PO, follow up delivery & payment process with key clients Collect data to prepare daily/monthly sales & stock report Work closely with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries 3/ DMS SYSTEM: Provide guidelines & deploy DMS system to clients Coordinate with internal teams to handle all issues relating to DMS system 4/ CUSTOMER SERVICE: Contact with key clients for all related information and queries about PO, payment, feedback, sales scheme... All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager작업 요구 사항
1/ Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration/Finance/Accounting or related majors 2/ Working experience: At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales Admin/ Operations of MT Channel or related position. Experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics/ FMCG is referred. 3/ kills: Proficiency in English and/or Chinese. Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,..) Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Time management & ability to work under high pressure.직업 혜택
