In charge of Contract, Payment, Purchase order, DMS System and Customer service : 1/ CONTRACT & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT Prepare & follow up sales contracts Follow up payment & collect account receivable on time 2/ PURCHASE ORDER (PO): Receive PO, follow up delivery & payment process with key clients Collect data to prepare daily/monthly sales & stock report Work closely with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries 3/ DMS SYSTEM: Provide guidelines & deploy DMS system to clients Coordinate with internal teams to handle all issues relating to DMS system 4/ CUSTOMER SERVICE: Contact with key clients for all related information and queries about PO, payment, feedback, sales scheme... All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
