업무 설명서
- Base on headcount plan, collect monthly request from regional team and set recruitment target for coming months- Monitor the recruitment progress for riders / staff to ensure we are on track with month recruitment
- Ensure all potential issue is addressed and solved timely, across each step of recruitment process (sourcing, screen, interview, onboard)
- Plan, record and monitor OT for each function, ensure OT is not exceeding the plan
- Point of communication between HR and regional Ops for daily issues.

- Great communication skills both verbal & written- Be able to work cross function and at multi levels
- Data & SOP driven
- Experience in project management
- 2-3 years in leadership positions (Senior Associate ranking)
- Hands on and detail oriented
