1. Training affairs

Delivery and administration of training programs

  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
  • Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback
  • Monitor progress and cost of training courses and programs
  • Maintain training data in L&D functions
  • Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports

Program operation for fresher/ intern

  • Corporate to deliver Fresher/ Internship program
  • Academy & teaching assistant for fresher/ internship program, learning hub
  • Contribute to learning & development events & activities

2. Learning & development corporate

Build strategy & oversee planning

  • Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management
  • Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training
  • Prepare training budget requirements and share with senior leadership along with track budget spend versus plan and take corrective actions if required

Operation & execution

  • Design and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery
  • Plan & execute roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location/ venue.
  • Arrange training logistics (with support of admin) and drive delivery of training

Evaluation

  • Responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.
  • Measure & evaluate quality of course, control the output quality of the courses & LD process
  • Keep on review and improve the quality of courses

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in related roles
  • Knowledge and/or experience of IT industry
  • Education in Marketing, Business, IT Industry or a related field is a plus

Skill:

  • Confident in both written and spoken communication (Vietnamese & English) with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors/trainers
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Creativity, flexibility, proactive to work on start-up environment
  • Skills Framework Adoption
  • Stakeholders Engagement and Management

Ability:

  • Ability to work independently and a team player
  • Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
  • Time management, organizational, inter-personal skills
  • Accountable and be hungry to learn new things, ability to self- learning & researching
