SKF Vietnam is looking for two (2) Customer Service Assistant Interns

  • One Intern work in Ho Chi Minh (District 7) – Room 2, 04th Floor, 105 Ton Dat Tien, Crescent Plaza, Tan Phu Ward
  • One Intern work in Hanoi (Dong Da District) – Room 701, Thang Long Bulding, 105 Lang Ha, Lang Ha Ward

Job description

You will have a chance to

  • work in a Multinational Corporation
  • trained by a skilled and professional team
  • learn and understand more about Supply Chain, Logistics

1)Customer service admin task:

  • Sales contract handling: prepare contracts, get signature, send to the distributors and filing
  • Services contract & documents filling
  • Prepare purchase order: Monthly & Swiff Payment
  • Prepare documents for payment to vendors (HPT, Thai Son, Transport fee)
  • Issue CO-CQ (certificate of origin and quality)
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

2)Logistics assistant:

  • Receive and check the accuracy, validity, and unification of shipping documents.
  • Receive Arrival Notice and Freight Invoice from Forwarder, send to customs broker for E-customs declaration.
  • Work with 3PL to follow up shipment from customs clearance to delivery processing to meet timeline.
  • Input data into Report
  • Make and manage payment requisition for 3PL
  • Prepare, submit payment request on system.
  • Transfer documents to Accountant Dept and file documents into Folder

Job requirements

  • 4th year students with major in Supply chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade
  • Guaranteed to work 32 hours / week for at least a period of 3 months
  • Have knowledge of import-export business, logistics
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
