Objective of Position:

  • This position is in charge mostly of recruitment and internal activities for the company.
  • Other tasks assigned by the HR manager.

1. Recruitment (50%)

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions.
  • Seek, source and screen candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct company’s recruitment process: schedule interviews, input CVs in the HR system, collect employee documents, and make onboarding announcements…
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Building recruitment networks to develop sources of candidates.

2. Training & Internal Communication (40%)

  • Identify training needs for existing employees and develop or source appropriate training programs.
  • Manage and arrange training sessions for the company according to schedule.
  • Plan and organize internal events and internal communication.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, morale, and retention.

3. Other tasks (10%)

  • Other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requisito de emprego

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Bachelor or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an HR role with a strong focus on recruitment and internal communication;
  • English fluently;
  • Communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Hardworking, proactive, responsible and positive attitude.
