Project Management Internship

2. Mô tả công việc – Job description

Coordinate internal resource (content, design & format) and external source (clients,
partners) for the great execution of projects
Develop a tracking file based on current templates
Ensure the projects to be delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs when required
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments upon confirmed events
Track working hours/work items of other freelancers and confirm with HR for service fee calculation.
Stay organized and keep track of all tasks given, helping to send reminders
Review content, formatting presentations and tasks results from other departments
before sending to clients
Perform other tasks if required

3. Yêu cầu của công việc – Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Languages,
Society Study
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detailed oriented and good planning skill
Good communication & writing skills in English & Vietnamese
Knowledge of office management systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office and
Zoom, etc
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks assigned
Exceptional customer service skills
Honest, hard-working, positive attitude, keen to learn, high sense of responsibility
