Research and verify counterparts for certain requirements.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs when required
Contact, present the potential partnerships with local partners (Vietnam/Germany)
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments upon confirmed events by
sending a calendar invite to the participants.
Coordinate with HR dept to make travel arrangements including visa,
accommodation, flight, transportation and occasionally, traveling with the foreign
partners to take notes at meetings or to provide general assistance during meetings,
presentations.
Prepare and negotiate contracts (brokerage contract, partnership contract, etc).
Stay organized and keep track of all tasks given, helping to send reminders.
Perform other tasks if required

3. Yêu cầu của công việc – Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Logistics management, Foreign Trade or related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detailed oriented and good planning skill
Excellent communication & writing skills in English & Vietnamese.
Knowledge of office management systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Zoom, etc.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks assigned.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Honest, hard-working, positive attitude, keen to learn, high sense of responsibility
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities.
