Mô tả công việc

• Be resposible for the quality of Axcela’s English training programs, both the B2C and the B2B one, by leading the team to:

• Make sure all the programs are well and professionally prepared before a kickoff date

• Maintain clients’ (HRs and learners, etc.) highest satisfaction with the teachers and coaches’ performance, class materials during the training programs.

• Ensure to provide clients insightful and accurate individual and groups learning reports as well as suggesting extra activities to support the fallen behind learners.

• Consult and work closely with the Management team to develop Axcela’s own class management app in 2022.

• Increase the renewal learner’s rate.

• Manage the day-to-day academic operations.

• Recruit and induction training for new teachers.

• Observe, train, coach, motivate and develop teachers and coach to provide excellent learning results and service.

• Responsible for planning and forecasting teacher and coach recourses to provide HR Department necessary updates/changes on the teaching rates as well as the KPIs for the teachers and the coaches.

• Work with HR Department and the BOD to ensure that people development strategies for teacher retention and excellent results are in place.

• Ensure all company policies, procedures, regulations, document & reporting systems, and standards are consistently followed through by all teachers and coaches.

• Work closely and support Sales and Marketing teams for new learner recruitment events.


Yêu cầu công việc

- College/University degree.

- Good in English: CEFR level B2 or above.

- Proficiency in MS Office.
