About the position Community Manager: to run a professional workplace for our community

1. Professionalism and friendliness

You take pride in making sure the office center is run professionally with a friendly attitude

2. Sales/ Commercial Growth

- Pro-actively look for opportunities to expand the existing customer base, reach out to potential customers via the company’s channels and negotiate contracts to gain new customers

- Be the key point of contact for potential customers, provide professional & friendly services and assistance as you walk them around the center and/or welcome them to the community

3. Customer Services

You ensure that the center is a great place to work for existing and incoming customers:

- Welcome & onboard new customers to ensure all regulations are properly understood and new customers settle in happily

- Resolve customers’ requests, manage customers’ office needs by making sure staff deliver mails, send packages, answer phones, book and prepare meeting room, order office supplies as requested

- Manage facilities - Keep the center “show-ready” by ensuring common area are spotless and prepared for the next guests at all time

- Organize community events, work with business partners to bring in member perk

4. People oriented/ team spirit

You are inspiring other team members and help with training new team members

About you

- Customer-oriented to enjoy working with customers and solving their problems

- Sales qualifications are preferable: analytical skills, negotiation skills, closing skills, customers relationship development skills

- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, 5+ years of working experience is preferable

- Good command of English, both verbal and (email) written skills

- Salary: 16,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND/month depends on experience
