About us:

We are a stealth mode startup building prediction markets for Vietnam bringing global expertise and experience from the world’s largest prediction markets. We are backed by the finest institutional investors.

We are soon launching our opinion trading platform where users can find questions on many topics of their interest like sports, news, finance, entertainment and many more. Users can swipe yes or no to express their opinion and place trades, and by doing so enter into an event contract with another user on the other side of the trade. Our platform is a matching engine that enables the execution of this trade contract. And at the end of the event contract, the user with the correct opinion wins the contract value at stake.

Role at a glance:

● Be responsible for providing end-to-end support to the users

● Managing all the queries and user escalations over mail, call, and social media platforms

● Address user queries by identifying their needs and providing complete and accurate solutions

● Conducting in-depth research to capture the core user problems by working with internal teams

● Go the extra mile to engage users

● Working and learning from an experienced international team

工作要求

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● Bachelor’s degree

● Experience - 6 months to 2 years in customer service and complaints handling

● Should have some knowledge in at least one of the following - Football, eSports, Any other sports, Crypto, News

● Strong Communication skills in Vietnamese

● Verbal competency in English

● Can work from office in HCMC

● Submit your CV in English
