KeyResponsibilities

1. Safety, food safety and sustainability

• Maintain the working area clean, tidy and safe without unnecessary losses of consumables/chemicals, in line with the defined and implemented safety standards and following 5S, HACCP, and sustainability standards at the workplace.
• Clean and tidy working area; without unnecessary losses of consumables/chemicals. Create a safe working environment on laboratory equipment/area

2.Analysis quality and execution

• Make all the quality checks and acts as internal LSS auditor to maintain the LSS quality system as well as in-line measurements as laboratory analyses, in line with the standards and procedures on sampling and analyses.
• All quality checks are done and meet the expectation (LSS). Results are reliable. Product, process quality is sustained and improved
• Executes Microbiological, physic, chemical analyses, including sampling, sample preparation and reporting results, in line with the valid Laboratory Methods.

3.Equipment maintenance

• Performs calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and troubleshoots on laboratory methods and analysis equipment.

Job Requirements

·Qualification:College/University graduate in Food processing/Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Food Chemical Industries

·Experience/Skills

oOffice computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)

oGood communication and teamwork

oLogical, analytical thinking

oActive, accurate, discipline, creative, well organized

·Languages:Advance read and written English competences
