职位描述
Mô tả công việc- To manage, develop and support a team of telesales/telemarketing staff and implement day-to-day operations.
- Understand designated products, services, procedures, and guidelines to communicate properly to all team members.
- Responsible for ensuring that the team meets sales target and other daily KPIs.
- Responsible for producing and analyzing Tele-Sales and team performance reports.
- Conduct ongoing training and coaching to meet quality requirements.
- Follow targets and supervise call center agents to meet the daily KPIs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên- Have a time manage in Call center over 2 years
- Management over 3 Team lead in Call center
- Make a sale plan and implement it, fulfil sales target every month
- Coordinate with Team Lead and staff to manage daily operations
- Build up, request personnel for telesales accordance with company’s business orientation and join telesales recruitment
- Ensure every monthly always achieved over target
