Enhancing the relationship with current Partners to create partnership proposals to increase the user retention ( CPI, Hughes, Comtech,...)
Set up mutual goals and measure partnership success while ensuring that partners comply with Elcom strategy.
Work with internal departments within Elcom (especially Marketing, Business Development and Product department) to make the proposal for Partners as well as make sure all alignments are implemented successfully.
Sculpting proposal documents, giving presentations and consistently following up with Partners.
Coordinate with Partners and other departments to finalize and fix the technical issues (if any).

University degree in business, commerce, marketing or equivalent areas
Analytical skills and an ability to understand the clients business issues for consulting and providing strategic services.
Out of box thinking and good logical thinking.
Good at communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
High level of proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint.
Research skills (internet browsing, relationship with experts within this area).
Desire to deal with business issues
Working experience in Technology company.
