3. Mô tả công việc

– Guide new and returning customers with end-to-end shipping services through the onboarding.
– Support customer on E-commerce channels and applications leading to the improvements of customer satisfaction.
– Engaged customers in discussion on how to have simple, easy and efficient business.
– Take ownership for business issues encountered by customer and act as a primary point of contact, be the Customer advocate internally.
– Understand and be familiar with local KPIs and act in line with set targets in co-ordination with internal stakeholders. Drive continuous improvements opportunities.
– As part of Commercial Intelligence – understand and empathy, build strong relationships with customers, gain an understanding for their businesses, service needs.
– Always behave in a manner consistent with and loyal to the A.P. Moller – Maersk values.

– Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently.
– Passion to drive closures & high-level customer service orientation.
– Well organized when working under pressure & teamwork spirits.
– Excellent customer service skills/experiences.
– Result-oriented self-starter with initiative and strong drive.
– Stakeholders management skill, positive and proactive attitude.
– Good command of both oral and written English.
– Good at MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
– Time management and Problem-solving skill.
