Jobbeschreibung
Mô tả công việc- Checking the employee’s profile and archive documentation.
- Tracking attendance, annual leave, and payroll.
- Counting and paying employees salaries on time.
- Answering questions related to salary and remuneration for employees.
- Handling procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and PIT.
- Monitor and pay employee benefits.
- Participate in the employee evaluation process.
- Tracking and drafting labor contracts for employees who have passed the probationary period, renewing the labor contract when it expires.
- Organize and monitor the Union’s activities.
Stellenanforderung
Yêu cầu ứng viên- Have experience in the HR - C&B field at least 03 years.
- Good understanding of Labor law, Social insurance, and PIT tax.
- Good conversational English.
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook...).
- Careful, adapt quickly, be agile, proactive.
- Can move between offices.
Job Nutzen
Quyền lợi- Negotiable based on experience (17mil to 25mil).
- 12 days for Annual leave and 08 days of sick leave per year.
- Bonding party per month.
