Job description

Mô tả công việc

1. Updating the regulation of law to publicize to all divisisions for acknowledgement and implementation;

2. Providing legal advice for Divisions/Departments in the Company under the assignment of Manager and Executive Manager;

3. Preparing/ reviewing Official Letter to SBV, CIC and other competent authorities;

4. Preparing/ reviewing periodical and temporary report to submit to the State Bank and other competent authorities under their requirements such as monthly/ quarterly/ yearly report under the requirement of the State Bank;

5. Preparing material and holding the Compliance meeting to require the compliance with the internal regulation and regulation of law from all divisions/ departments in the company;

6. Preparing documents and dossiers to carry out the registration with the State Bank for the renewal of License and the establishment and operation of Representative Offices, with Banking Supervisory Agency for the changes of key personnel (General Director, Members’Council), and registration/ notification to DPI for the changes of management person (General Director, Menbers of Members’ Council, Chief Accountant)...

7. Reviewing contracts, agreement with dealers, partners, suppliers, collaborators, customer... related to the consumer lending activities; Review internal regulations related to the consumer lending activities.

8. Training on legal issues (AML,...)

9. File and manager files, documents; and other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduated from universities with major of law with good grades or higher

- Having a lawyer practising certificate/masters degree is a plus

- English and Vietnames language proficiency

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Able to work independently and as a team member

Working experience: Have at least 5 years of experience working in the legal field or at least 2 years of legal work experience tn the field of finance/banking
