Job description

Mô tả công việc
  • Work with customers via phone to sell products for Horeca team (60%)
  • Check revenue from HRC channel with related departments (5%)
  • Be in charge of confirming/ canceling orders (10%)
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on delivery and check stock availability (10%)
  • Handle all customers’ queries, complaints (10%)
  • Provide other sales admin tasks: approve merchants for Horeca channel, doing the reports, ... (5%)
  • Other tasks will be assigned by line manager

Job requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales with proven track record
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, develop sales plans, and execute strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales processes, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, anticipate their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
