Description de l’emploi

- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, and instructors both internal and external parties. - Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs which contribute to the sustainable growth of the organization such as producing training calendar and training resources/materials. - Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. - Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback. - Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses. - Act as the first point of contact for employee relations questions, provide guidance and consultation. - Responsible for Initiating and deliver employee engagement framework and activity across the organization - Prepare audits, reporting and compliance reviews pertaining to local regulations and programs

Exigences de l’emploi

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; post-graduation in HR or Organizational Development is advantageous. - Minimum 10 year experiences on Human Resource with at least 5 years experience in leading a team. - Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, with expertise in instructional design principles, and training methodologies. - High achievement oriented and be able to work independently to achieve a target from management team. - Comfortable working with foreigner colleague in matrix organization. - Be able to occasionally travel upcountry or overseas. - Experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage. - Excellent command of English
