Description de l’emploi

The College Compass Program Consultant position is a great role for someone looking to start or accelerate their career in sales or customer service to gain practical experience in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 50–100 contacts (alumni, clients, and prospects) and develop relationships to provide personalized education solutions that achieve their short- and long-term goals.
Consistently maintain and optimize communication with a portfolio of contacts through various channels including in-person, phone calls, emails, and other online platforms.
Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client referrals, and strategic prospecting.
Actively engage in continuous professional development to increase industry, product, and sales knowledge.
Prepare market analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business development, and marketing activities;
Take care of interested customers and handle questions about Everest Education, College Compass and our offerings;
Other tasks assigned by the College Compass Manager

Exigences de l’emploi

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Education industry, preferably in College Prep;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
Passion for Education;
Good problem-solving and organizing skills;
Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude;
Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset;
Flexible and adaptable with changes.
