Description de l’emploi

• Develop opportunities and build solid relationships with potential B2B clients, influential individuals, or communities through traditional approaches and creative marketing campaigns

• Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts

• Secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers

• Engaging in a consultative mode to understand and capitalize on clients’ needs

• Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue

• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients

• Implement sales activities and be responsible for business results according to the companys KPI.

• Collaborate with relevant departments in communicating, interviewing and hiring, training lower-level employees to execute your strategy, and leveraging team and individual strengths, managing performance of employees in the sales department.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

Exigences de l’emploi

• Minimum +3 years of experience in the sales management role is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Advertising, or a related discipline.

• Strong selling, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Have a progressive and can-do spirit

• Dynamic, flexible and adaptive in receiving and responding to information.

• Great team spirit and humble nature

• Good writing and communication in English is a plus

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team, yet highly motivated and proactive enough to work independently.

Nice to have:

• Having experience in a similar position in ecommerce or the car industry is a plus.

• Having extensive knowledge of the car market is an advantage.

• Knowledge of advertising FB, GG... and experience in selling via social networks
