Descrizione del lavoro

Administration tasks:

-Be responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls, mails, parcel.

-Handle overhead expenses and petty cash of VN Warehouse under the approval of the Director/ Warehouse Manager/ HR Supervisor.

-Manage & arrange lunch for warehouse staff.

-Manage all office equipment and facilities: planning and execution for preservation, replacement or fixing.

-Collect invoice and do monthly payment for overhead expenses such as lunch, electricity, drinking water, maintenance, …

-Support HR team in office for monthly office payments & internal overhead payments;

Human Resource Management tasks:

-Coordinate with HR team in Vietnam office to recruit new personnel

-Support for procedures or papers relating personnel or staffing issues

-Conduct onboarding & offboarding program for staff members: Admin and HR procedures, personal docs, bank account, …

-Support HR team in SHUI registration, Trade Union activities, …

-Manage and report timesheet, leave for full time staff

-Coordinate with HR team to arrange & manage casual labor: asking for new staff, creating staff in system, timesheet record….

-Establish and maintain relations with government, labor union and other related personnel stakeholders


Requisiti di lavoro

  • Bachelor or College in Human Resource or Business/Economy major
  • Good English comprehension – ability to understand and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Practical knowledge in Human resource and administrative management
  • At least 2-year experience working within the role of Human resource and administration in production field
  • Microsoft Office: good Excel, Word
