Descrizione del lavoro
1. Recruitment and Training:
● Implement recruitment process and manage recruitment needs across divisions
● Ensure the recruitment plan and activation meet the timeline and target of relevant department. Recruit candidates who are qualified with the development requirement
● Set up required procedure related to recruitment and fulfill list of all job description in the organization
● Develop training strategy to meet with organization development and job qualification
● Manage internal training to improve management and business productivities when requested
2. C&B:
● Secure the accuracy of payroll according to company procedure, including processing income tax reconciliation, social insurance and finalization for all company’s employees
● Responsible for monitoring the compliance of company policies and procedures according to the Law
● Review and complete the company compensation and benefit/welfare system
● Research the salary scale in the information technology market and propose to the Board of Managers.
3. Development & Retention
● Establish yearly performance evaluation, promotion evaluation, probation evaluation to ensure right employee for the right position.
● Assist and draft in development and implementation of the policies and procedures in line with statutory and corporate compliance frameworks.
● Review and update employee handbook policy
● Report to the Board of Managers, regarding potential opportunities and threat so as to be proactive in addressing changes in workplace environment
● Meeting with the Trade Union and the Board of Managers in working culture changes and answer feedback/concerns from employee in the company if any
● Responsible for up-to-date employment contracts, employee various status, employment, resignation, lay-off paperwork with authorities and within the company.
● To undertake other tasks as required and assigned by the Board of Managers.
Requisiti di lavoro
● Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field
● At least 3 years experience in management position
● Good knowledge of Labor Law, Salary, Compensation and benefit, Profession and recruitment process, Employee Relations.
● Strong problem solving, analytical and open communications skills
● Advanced interpersonal skills and strong ability to build relationship, trust and influence
● Fluent English in both verbal and written
● Work experience with finance is plus

● Salary $1500, depending on ability and experience
● Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary increase review
