1. Making a sales plan, approaching and searching for customers:

- Implement the established sales plans by week, month, and year

- Searching for new sales and customer opportunities through phone, internet, social media

- Set up meetings, meetings with potential customers and listen to their needs

-Maintain consulting care to create additional needs for existing customers

- Participate in and take charge of product promotion activities, annual exhibitions or product display events of the company

- Prepare quotes and proposals for customers

- Collect feedback from customers and share with team members

- Exchange and sign contracts with customers (if any)

-Coordinate with team members and sales Manager to orient the business plan

- Create, store and secure customer data

- Update the situation, new needs of customers every day on customer management software

- Report weekly work and sales to Saes Manager

- Participate in product training and product application techniques for new sales staff or related positions.

- Participating fully in internal and company meetings (if any)

- Support related departments to implement communication and promotion programs for the company

-Participating in training programs, improving professional qualifications and sales experience when facilitated by the company and Sales Manager

Requisiti di lavoro

- College/bachelor’s degree in business or related field

- 3 years in chemical trading industry, especially in basic chemical, petro-chemical, acid & alcaline etc. Prefer manager level with existing network.

- Attitude: Aggressive , positive, result oriented, like challenge, look for good opportunities

- Work nature: Willing to travel and entertain customer. Can work during non working hour.

- Excellent customer service and sales skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Excellent telephone and presentation skills.

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
