  • Manage and control Philippines agent‘s quality in the support channel
  • Support and training agents in the group
  • Take care of our customers in usual cases and special cases
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager

  • High professionalism and logic
  • Graduate in the English language will be a high-value
  • Experience in team management, customer service or social media is an advantage
