업무 설명서

1. Office Management:
• Welcome and escort visitors to the office in a professional manner
• Receive phone calls and transfer them to related members
• Follow up and contribute to continuous improvement of the company policies & procedures for assets management, ensure office & facility are under good condition & well utilized
• Handle 5S activities to make sure the office is in good image

2. Working with vendors
• Contact suppliers & purchase office equipment and stationery
• Control Admin expenses monthly and make settlement monthly on time for suppliers

3. Support employees:
• Travel management: Handle car, hotel, Air ticket booking, visa application process for Experts & employees

4. Support HR department tasks:
• Joining with the Team to organize Company events: Summer trip, The Year End Party and other Team building activities
• Report, policies & processes: Prepare a report in an accurate & timely manner, provide guidance/advice to employees on relevant policies & processes implementation, and provide inputs to GA Functional Lead/ Head of Department for further improvement of process
• Other HR-GA tasks assigned upon business needs.

작업 요구 사항

- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English is a must
- Have a customer service mindset
- Highly organized, able to multitask
- A proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise
