Find new supply partner and make agreement with top management

Conduct simple audit on supplier for initial evaluation

Communicate with the management of supply partners and set strategy for further growth

Communicate with sales team and assign drawings for optimization

Monitor and track the production status to realize on-time delivery

Discuss and resolve issues with suppliers and sales team if any problem happen during the manufacturing process

Provide necessary feedback to suppliers for their further growth and improvement actions

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements (Strongly Preferred)

Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management

Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization

Experience in making data driven strategy

Experience in supply chain management and international trade of manufacturing goods

Requirements (Recommended)

Experience in consulting or problem solving driven sales activity

Experience in business development as a manager role

Experience in working start up or small-mid organization

Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts

Experience in manufacturijng or metal processing industry

Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+) or English

Knowledge about trade terms(Incoterms) and customs clearance process

Ideal candidate profile

Strong empathy and understanding for Caddi’s MVC

Strong passion to solve social problem

Creative problem solving with analytical mind

Fit for action driven and agile work environment

Proificient in MS Office or similar tool

Strong aspiration for self-improvement and mindset to inspire and support the personal development of other team members
