职位描述

• Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that order/sales targets are accomplished

• Responsible for customer satisfaction

• Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers, the contact persons.

• Organize Product presentation and provide necessary training to customers

• Cooperate with DW Marketing to implement promotion campaign toward customers. Lead or cooperate with team and Marketing to execute assigned Push, pull actions

• Develop customer database (Distributor, dealer, contractor, investor) and develop action plan for each customer or each customer type. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers

• Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery… ) to report to Director and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situation

• Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company’s expectation


工作要求

• University degrees in engineering or business administration

• Min. 1 years sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical projects sales

• Knowledgeable in UHP – pharmaceutical market is an advantage

• Understand company’s products and competitors are an advantage

• A good team player, who is independent and can work with minimal supervision

• Able to handle high pressure situations and is objective driven

• Good planning and organizing skills

• Proficient in English, written and spoken

• Hardworking, proactive with positive attitude

• Willing to travel – oversea and other provinces

Salary: 10 mil - 20 mil VND
