Jobbeschreibung

  • Ensuring the CEO’s personal needs related to work: paper work, bank account, invoices, housing, pick-up, business trip…
  • Checking and ensuring the logistics for everyday work of the CEO and of the meetings and events related to the CEO
  • Ensuring the CEO’s schedule planning by liaising with the Board of Directors members and the concerned people
  • Ensuring the appointments and contributing when required to the relationship with partners outside of the company
  • Checking if the processes are respected: documents for signatures, appointment request, approval of expenditure …
  • Coordinating with different Departments when necessary to ensure the functioning of the Back Office and/or for work of the CEO
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks and support for the CEO

Stellenanforderung

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business management or relevant field
  • High degree of honesty and integrity
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Tech savvy
  • Willing to travel
  • At least 2 years of experiences in Personal Assistant/ Administration
