Ensuring the CEO’s personal needs related to work: paper work, bank account, invoices, housing, pick-up, business trip…
Checking and ensuring the logistics for everyday work of the CEO and of the meetings and events related to the CEO
Ensuring the CEO’s schedule planning by liaising with the Board of Directors members and the concerned people
Ensuring the appointments and contributing when required to the relationship with partners outside of the company
Checking if the processes are respected: documents for signatures, appointment request, approval of expenditure …
Coordinating with different Departments when necessary to ensure the functioning of the Back Office and/or for work of the CEO
Performing a variety of administrative tasks and support for the CEO

Bachelor’s degree in Business management or relevant field
High degree of honesty and integrity
Outstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Vietnamese and English.
Tech savvy
Willing to travel
At least 2 years of experiences in Personal Assistant/ Administration
